Unable to erase authorization

I registered with the wrong email address and now I can't read the books that I've ordered! I tried using my other email address as a secondary one, but it still won't let me read the books and it doesn't allow me to deauthorize the wrong email that I have - I have tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, downloading it again - nothing?
