Unable to Erase Authorization- Please Try Again After Some Time

Hi,

I am using a mac and I have tried to deauthorize adobe with the command shift D key; however, it keeps saying "unable to erase authorization please try after some time"

I have tried after some time and it still isn't working! I'm going crazy. Can anyone help?
