Unable to get Sony PRS-T3 to work with DRE

First of all let me say that I am using 64 bit Windows 8.1 on my PC.

I have a Sony PRS-650 which works well with DRE and I can easily transfer downloaded books to my Ereader.

However I have just purchased a Sony PTS-T3 reader and when it connected by cable to my PC which is authorised, it  says on its screen " This device is correctly recognised by the Computer". With this set up I can download DRM books into DRE but my T3 reader is not visible within DRE and therefore I cannot drag and drop files to it.

Any help would be much appreciated to resolve this issue.

    I have search thrue forums about this question and found zero. If you have found any answers, cause I still have same problem, please let me know this.
