Unable to open ACSM file

Hello

If I try to open an ACSM file I get this errormessage :

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I already tried all the 'solutions' I read in this community, none of them work (I get different errormessages, like 'cannot remove autorisation, try again later')

Please, can anyone help me ??
