Unable to Open Book?

I recently downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. The "Getting Started" document which came with the download was simple to read. However, when I attempted to read the book which I had purchased and was opened with Digital Editions I received the following error message. I repeated the download of the book but received the same error message.
