Unable to open Ebook

I downloaded a library book off of onedrive onto Adobe Digital Editions, and then onto my Kobo and it a notice pops up saying unable to open ebook and that there was an error. I have done this many times before so I don't understand why it is saying there is an error. It says that my computer is authorized, so I am not really sure what the problem is...please let me know if you know what is wrong!
