"Unable to open" error opening all ebooks using correct email

I bought three books , using same email as my ADOBE ID. Getting error on all 3 book,. Can read the user guide ebook

I can download the books but when I go to read I get "unable to open

errors were encountered in this item"

Same for all 3 books

I can open the same user guide

The computer is authorised under the same email address

The permission show as licensed to my email address

Viewing set to on any device

Copying and Printing not allowed
