Unable to open new Digital Edition ebooks in the BAM2 app on my Samsung Tablet

I received a Visual Land Prestige tablet and tried adding the BAM2 app. I was able to add the app without any problem. The problem began with trying to sync my Adobe Digital Editions account with my Books-a-Million account. That was not successful. It is also affecting my Samsung Tablet. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times. I can open older titles on my Samsung tablet.

I can transfer new ebooks to my Samsung Tablet, but it shows up as a blank cover and doesn't open. I can only open newer titles on my computer.
