Unable to open Overdrive file in Adobe Digital Editions reader

Getting the error message below in a pop-up when trying to open an Overdrive library ebook in Adobe Digital Editions:

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I've cleared cookies, restarted, etc, with no change.  Can anyone help?  Thank you!
