Unable to print more than ten pages of e-book

Digital Editions limits printing to ten pages only within one e-book. When I close/reopen the e-book Print is greyed out and I am unable to print the rest of the e-book. Does anyone know why this is happening, and, is there a way to print an entire e-book at one time?
