Unable to re-download returned eBooks in ADE

I recently downloaded an eBook from my eBook vendor (EBSCO eBooks) and then returned the title via the Return Borrowed Item feature in ADE.  Then, when I attempted to re-download that same eBook from my vendor's platform again, I received an "Error Opening eBook" error message in ADE when the program attempted to open the new instance of the eBook.  Has anyone else experienced this?
