Unable to read books

I havens been able to acesss my book i have purcased, the Adobe digital edition crashes every time i try. Anyone who has any Ida what to do¿ I have been able to read 14 days Ago but not now.

      I'm having the same problem with ARCs I've received from publishers. It's super frustrating since it worked before I let it do the most recent update. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck. I tried doing the chat to figure out a solution but was told chat support is no longer supported for this product, so here I am. Hopefully someone gets back to us with a solution!
