hi, I am having a very frustrating issue in that prior to going on holiday, and trying to download books from my local library ebook section for transfer to my Nook, I am unable to download them to my Adobe digital editions library in order to move the my reader.

This worked fine last holiday in September but now I keep getting the same adobe reader box opening up, saying file not supported etc, its a long message and it wont let me cut and paste it, but I'm sure others must have same problem

I am running windows 10, and have the latest version of Digital Editions installed, there must be a simple answer to this, I just cant find it, and would be grateful for help as I really like using my nook on holiday, could it be I may have to re-authorise my computer?

Thanks

Dave

Hi, I started another post myself for this same issue.

The issue for me stemmed from my Ereader and copy of Digital Editions not being authorized to the same account.

My ereader was authorise and linked with my old laptop causing them to not sync.

I would advise resetting the authorisation of both your copy of digital editions and the ereader. For me it meant creating a now adobe account but all is working fine for me now.

I found on my Kobo ereader where to cancel my authorization and the same on my Digital Editions, then connect your device to the pc and authorize your DE while both are connected. This should sync your device and program at the same time.

    Hope this helps everyone.
