Unable to sideload

I am unable to side load borrowed book from Pc to Nook Color. I have tried ever thin I can think of including un-install 4.5.2 and reinstall., deleting all ADE files etc. When I install ADE again it will recognize my PC and Nook Color but still no side load. What to do?
