Unable to unload

Hi there, 2 days I m struggling to find a solutions to this error. Not even chat helps can help. I hope to find some help here.

The problem when I try to import a book downloaded is the following.

Unable to download

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

I hope someone can reach out with some potential resolution.
