unable to use a new Kobo ereader - E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS - reset adobe ID

Hi All,

I tried to get in touch with the ADE support, but Adobe support for ADE is no longer available.

I have the following trouble: I had a crash on my mobile, my tablet and also my ereader recently and... I am not able to allow this last one to my big archive.

Could you be so kind to help me to reset my Adobe ID in order to be able to read again?
