Unable to use my ebooks on ADE because of it being "fullfiled by other user"

I downloaded a ebook to use in ADE and i authorized without ID but with computer, then my laptop happend to crash and wouldnt turn on till i factory resetet it but now i cant open my book anymore because i keep getting the messge "Already fulfilled by other user".

I have thé samedi situation. I have unregistered m'y àdobe account and After registered m'y account again in Adobe digital i have thé samedi error message.

If you found thé solution i take it
