Unable to view my ebooks in Digital Edition

Team was advised by your colleague to post here for team to review

Have got a new laptop, downloaded Digital Edition v4 (previously used v2) and my ebooks cannot be view

Have tried below:
1. Delete and reload ID and still getting error (attached showing my laptop is

2. Tried opening old books in library (attached screenshot says activation error)

3. Tired reloading old books (attached screeshot says license error)

Please advise as company who sells ebook no longer has them, so its mainly an application issue to view my current existing ebooks
