In order to unauthorised my ADE I am asked for my password that I lost. My problem is that the email address I see on the screen is doesn't exist anymore.

In my account I updated my identification codes and names but I try to unautorised my ADE they still get that old email address and asking for the related pass word,

What would be a solution for that problem?

No search. The file was not found in a hidden folder. You must used the exact way.

My computer is running with High Sierra 10.13.4

Following Method 1 and Method 2 for « Can’t see user Library files in Mac OS X 10.7 and later », I went thru all the files of the library and I can’t find a file called activation.dat

It’s quite frustrating as all I want to do is delete an old email address and it’s password that don’t exist anymore.

Is there anything left or do I have to forget about Adobe?

    Thanks for answering.

    Good afternoon,

Can that file be there under another name?

Whatever way I try I find no file with that name.

    Thanks again for answering,
