Unauthorize broken macbook

My last laptop died and there is no way of getting it back up again. When I wanted to autorize my new laptop I got a message saying: you can only authorize with an Adobe-id that's not been in use. 

So my question is: how can unauthorize a laptop that is dead? 

The chatbox told me to come here, so hopefully I get some help here! Otherwise I cannot read al the books I already own and are on my account..
