am having a similar issue with my adobe id. I purchased an ebook from ATPlearning I was able to download it to adobe digital in my lap top but am trying to use it on my mobile device with bluefire reader but this message pop up

    "ADD ACCOUNT

this application is authorized with the following account: <myaccount> adobe id

this item was originally downloaded witha different user account or Adobe id. to continue add that account.

I only have one account and its not letting me open on my device. I aleady went on my laptop and copy and paste it like howbit said on bluefirereader.com/ FAQ (transfer from mobile to device) and its there but its lock... is there anything I can do?

I used the same ID (my email) when I log onto Adobe and when I log onto Kobo.
