update to earlier post by stanor

I went back and restored my computer to an earlier date so that I could access my ADE ID#. I went through the whole exercise of uninstalling 4.0 and reinstalling 3.0 and went to authorization where I put in both my password and my ID#. It refused to recognize my ID# - what do I do now?
