Updating email for Adobe ID

Tried to update my primary adobe email address and after I enter in my chosen email it states 'Primary email (Adobe ID) must have a valid value'. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Call Adobe Support @ 1 (800) 833-6687 and get routed to Technical Support.  Ask them to remote in so you can demonstrate the error and they'll make the correction on their side.
