Updating my Digital Adition

Hello

Recently when opening my Adobe Digital Edition I recieve a messege there is an software update for me, but when I press OK to update, Irecieve a second messege teling me to connect to the internet, BUT i'm connected.

So how can I update my software?

    Check if you Security Software anything blocked.

    Checked my security Software. nothing was blocked at the time I try to update.

    I redone it after your remark to see if I missed something but nothing was blocked.
