urgent help needed

I used adobe digital editions on my laptop, i clicked on authorizing without an id. My pc's screen broke, i put my hdd into another laptop but now it doesnt want to open the books. I am a student and need the books for assignment due in 4 days. I have tried to redownloaded the books, contacted the vendor (they said the book is locked to the pc and they cannot do anything), I have tried drm removal. it does not read on my ereader as well. Please help, how can I open it successfully again?
