User Not Activated

I have de-authorized and reauthorized my nook Simple Touch, verified my Adobe ID at Adobe.com, and verified my ID at my library.  I am still getting the error message "user not activiated" on my nook.  I have used Digital Editions to download library books for 4-5 years and since the Overdrive update, cannot download books anymore.  Can someone help?  Thanx!
