Using 2 adobe IDs with 1 device?

I would like to operate 2 Adobe accounts (IDs) on 1 computer. The reason for this is that it would be easier to manage business books and personal books separately.

A search of the forums turned up this question in 2009. The answer  at the time was no. I am wondering if anything has changed in 7 years and if it is now possible.
