Using Overdrive on my smartphone. Get error - title has been activated using a different Adobe ID.

When I try to download an eBook from my library using Overdrive and Adobe Digital Editions, I get the following error - "This title has been activated using a different Adobe ID".  Problem is I only have 1 Adobe ID.  How can I get this fixed?
