Various E-Act/E-Auth messages

I'm trying to download ebooks on to my e-reader, which I have been able to do in the past, but e-act not ready and e-auth-bad-device-key keep showing up.

I've tried the various solutions offered, deleted the activation.dat and keychain access, but nothings worked. Any ideas?
