Vendor account not asscociated?

I bought a book from Saxo.com. The first time i read it, I didn't authorize or make an adobe ID and now I'm unable to read it. I've since made an ID, but I can't add or erase any authorization. I'm using the same devive and the pdf file I had doesn't work anymore either. I can't download a ''new'' book from saxo either. I've tried getting help from their agents, but they're useless. Anyone tried something similar? I've also tried some of the suggestions from similar posts on the forum.
