Vendor Account not associated

I've read the other posts and having same issue with "vendor account not associated with item you are trying to open" since I transferred data over to new laptop.  Problem is my ebook file is from 2014.  Can I identify who the vendor (Can't find book on Google anymore)  from the ebook file or other files in Digital Edition?  I also have a book that os showing up in "Borrowed" but not sure why.

Please help!
