Vendor ID

I downloaded ADE previously through school. I cannot remember registering it. The computer was reprogrammed. I then re installed Adobe Editions. It opened with all the books I had before. I cannot open any ebook and it is asking me for Vendor ID. I am registered and I used my registration ID and password. It is still asking for Vendor ID.

Please help me to figure this one out.
