The error is:

"Unable to download Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE"

The issue is that the user can get the .acsm file to work properly on one device. They try to install the app on a different device sign in with the same Adobe ID, and they get that error.

Please help.

Hi there, Obviously there hasn't been an answer to the question for five years, but when I look at the number of views, I see that there are a lot of people who know the problem and need a solution. Is there anyone here who knows how to deal with it? I would be very grateful for any help. Cheers!
