W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE

I downloaded an e-book and tried to open it with Adobe Digital Editions on Windows 10 and with the first computer everything went fine. However if I try to open it on a second computer (still Windows 10) I get the following error:W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE.

I have already deauthorized and authorized the computer but nothing changes. Even if I delete the actual file in the the CloudSync file there is no sign of improvement and I get the same error.
