We are trying to install Adobe Digital Editions 4.O. it errors each time.

The application will not install.

We are using Microsoft Windows XP Professional

The message that comes up is Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close.

We did this. We then rebooted the computer and tried to install again.

The same error occurs.

How do you install this on Widows XP?
