What a piece of sh*t this program is

Who designed this and why has there seemingly been no effort to improve it in years? The program doesn't save highlights. I've lost 4 books and hundreds of highlights thanks to this piece of sh*t program.

The annotation files when loaded produce nothing. There are countless threads on this and Adobe never resolves it. You should pull the program rather than continuing to waste peoples time.
