What is my unlock code?

I am trying to download a book from Barnes and Noble. YOU, Adobe, are asking for my unlock code. What is it and where do I find it?

    The user name is not the B&N username, but the name on the billing address.  And the credit card number used for the purchase is the unlock code, not the default user credit card.
