What's the administrative user when trying to download?

I am trying to download the Adobe Digital Editions, but I cannot because it asks me for the Administrator password, which I don't know. Any one can help?

    It's the local admin account on your own computer - which either you or your IT department will have chosen the password for. Nobody else knows it.
