.what's wrong with ADE

Installed digital editions 4.0 on windows 8.1 64bit ok but it will not launch, I am using firefox have tried different versions of ade and different browser but no luck help

    Hi,

    Are you getting some error? If yes, then could you please share the error snapshot.

    No error message, just click on ade, run as admin and user account control

    appears "do you want the following program to make changes to this

    computer" I click on yes and nothing happens.
