what to do when your ereader won't authorise. it shows up on my kobo but says that the book is not authorized. I have authorized the kobo and set it to factory settings, re installed digital editions and nothing seems to work?

    Connect KOBO and authorize using ADE. Please refer to the below screenshot (sample of Nook).

    I have done that step and the book transfers. Unfortunately when I go to read the book on my kobo I reciever the message that it is protected by adobe and I need permission to read it.Thanks for trying!

    Exactly the same happens to me. Not found the solution yet! Anyone help??
