    Have you Digial Edition and your Reader authorize with the same Adobe ID?

    You need to delete the "My Digital Editions" folder in Documents

    Deauthorize your device

    Deauthorize your computer (Ctl-Shift-D)

    Uninstall ADE v4.xx

    Reboot

    Install ADE V2.0

    Reauthorize computer and Kobo
