When I try to drag

When I try to drag a book from ADE library to Kobo ,I get a red circle with a line thru in box,and book will not transfer.Will not even transfer with sync.Used to be OK,but am now using Win10 and updated to 4.5 yesterday.Please someone HELP.Thanks
