when i upload a book from the library to the adobe digital editions for my kobo glo, it says "unable to download, unable to get license"

how do i fix it?....i only have 5 more days until i loose the book

    I'm having the same issue with my kobo touch. I've been on the phone all day with kobo tech support and they told me to use ADE 3.0. So I uninstalled 4.0 and downloaded 3.0 and now I can't even get the books into ADE. I'm so frustrated. How do we fix this?!?!
