When trying to download book from library I get msg: To preview this ebook you must first authorize Adobe DRM protected content. I have authorized & unauthorized several times & still can't download books to my ereader. This has been going on since

I have the exact same problem. I also tried live chat and it was useless. Help, somebody??!!!

Hmmm. Not what I was hoping for. Have either of you tried the 'reset' they recommend? Or called Kobo? Are you using a Kobo or something else?

Hi Linda....No I did not get an answer. Thanks for replying. This has been going on since Dec. 3/16 & is rather frustrating. I went to live chat with Adobe (as instructed by my Library) & was told this could only be solved in this forum. So much for experienced tech support.
