Whenever I try to drag and drop .acsm files to bookselves the programme states: 'Error getting License. Licence Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12'. Please help.

Mac OS

1. Open Adobe Digital Wditions.
2. Press Command+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and authorize again.

Windows XP/Vista/7

1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
