Where can I find a link to download and install ADobe Digital edition on my iPad Air ?

I Just bought a book in PDFs format with my iPad. The vendor site says I need to install Adobe digital edition, but I can't find a link to install adobe digital edition on an iPad air. Can anybody help ?
