Where to download Adobe Digital Editions (Windows 10) to download books for Kobo eReader? [was: Hoppee]

I have a upgraded windows 7 to windows 10.  Now I have to install the ADE so that I can download books from the library for my Kobo Ereader.  How to I get the correct version of ADE to install?
