Why?

Why could I not open ADE? Last wekk, it wanted to get a new update, but it doesn´t understand, that I gave my administrator rights, and it always said: You don´t have administrator rights! The password was correct, but it doesn´t want to let me update. Now it opens, somtimes, but often it says now: No feedback! If it starts, I see the Picture, you can see above.

I can´t find a email address, where I could contakt Adobe, to get an manual update (link, data ...). A big company, but no service!

Pleas help me.

And excuse my english, I´m from Germany.

Oh, wow, I installed it now for the fourth time new. See wat happened:

I installed it with administrator rights, the original Administrator, and it DOESN´T WORK AFTER INSTALLING IT!!!

And I need the Updates, not the Program.

When I want to add books, I get the message: The book is already in your libary. I can´t see my libary, can not manage my books, or shift them to my reader.

If tryed it with the ADE 3.0

This version works, but why doesn´t work the 4.0.3.0?

Hi Daniel,

Can  you please uninstall ADE and create a new user account and install again.

Please test this and let me kow if it helps.
