Why am I not able to copy an epub to MYNOOK??? Device is authorized

I downloaded an epub from the library here, and it will not allow me to put it on my nook. gives me the error saying no permission to copy. I have used older versions of Adobe digital; with out any issues. it says my nook is authorized, getting very frusterated

    I am having exactly the same problem.   I have downloaded to my NOOK successfully for years, but have recently changed from a Windows 7 to a Windows 8 computer and from Digital Editions 2 software to Digital Editions 3.   I have successfully downloaded Ebooks to my computer, but when I try to transfer them to my NOOK I get a message to say there is no permission to copy.
