Why are certain pages being cut off when printed?

My company utilizes ADE through ACS for our ebooks, we allow limited prints per purchase. Unfortunately we're getting feedback from our customers that certain pages are being cut off at the bottom when printing.

We havent found a solution to this issue.

Can anyone offer support?
